The highest converting traffic I've ever seen...

Traffic Python is a new site that says it guarantees more web visitors and online advertising with very little effort or cost. More importantly, it promises higher CONVERSIONS--signups and sales. So I decided to put it to the test...

My first impression was the site looks professional and clean, with an attractive look and feel. It is easy to read and understand. Joining the site was easy and painless--they do offer 2 upgrade options but they are not required to gain the benefits.

The Members Area is very well laid out and intuitive--I could figure out what to do after only a few minutes and was able to get up & running in less than 5 minutes. Inside the site, you create links and ads--the links you simply enter any URL links you use into the generator and it transforms them into "Python" links. You create ads for anything you want to promote using the Python Ad Generator, which is very easy to use. You can create as many links and as many ads as you like. And they are organized in a logical way--links are displayed in the order you create them but also your 5 most recent links appear on the main page for quick reference. Also, since the link generator is the tool you'll use most, it is also right at the top of the main page when you login. Very smart!

After you've created at least 1 link and 1 ad you can start to generate traffic. Just use and promote the new Python link instead of the original source link you had. Every time the Python link is clicked, the page loads followed by a small ad window in the lower right corner. It displays 3 ads PLUS an image with your affiliate link that goes back to Traffic Python. So if anyone clicks the Python image they see the site, and if they signup they become your referral. It's a great viral feature because you can build referrals without even trying to just by using the site.

Now every time the ad window displays (your Python links get clicked) you earn credits that get YOUR ad displayed in the ad windows when other members' links get clicked. So the more clicks, the more times your ads get displayed.

And this works virally--meaning as you make referrals into Python (either by promoting it or just using it and visitors click the Juggernaut image on the ad window to join) you also earn ad credits on THEIR link clicks. And this works up to 5 levels deep. So you can create a massive amount of free ad views and web traffic by referring others to Python also.

I didn't get to test the full effect of a big downline yet (I just got the tool) but I can tell you the rest of the site works exactly as stated--my links got clicked, I earned credits, and my ads got displayed. Traffic Python even tracked my results so I know how many clicks and how many ad displays. That was an impressive unadvertised extra feature.

There is one more benefit and feature which might be the best of them all--downline emailing. You can email your downline with offers, promotions, or whatever you like, and here is where Traffic Python really shines. They took time to make the emailing often enough that it's valuable as a user, but no so often that it's a burden to your downline. But the best part about this feature (and actually the credit earning too) is that it tells you exactly how long until you can mail again. Now THAT's cool.

Overall I have to say I am impressed with Traffic Python. It is simple yet powerful, and delivers on its promises. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to increase traffic and advertising.

Human Swine Flu

Swine flu is a respiratory disease of pigs caused by type A influenza
viruses. People do not normally get swine flu, but human infections
can and do happen. Swine flu viruses have been reported to spread
from person-to-person, but in the past, this transmission was limited
and not sustained beyond three people.

Transmission
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that both the
symptoms and transmission of this virus from human to human are
much like seasonal flu, which is spread mainly through coughing or
sneezing of infected people. Sometimes people may become sick by
touching something with flu viruses on it and then touching their
mouth or nose.

Symptoms
Signs of swine flu are also like the signs of regular human flu --
including fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, headache, chills and
tiredness. Some people with swine flu have diarrhea and vomiting as
well. In the past, severe illness (such as pneumonia and respiratory
failure) and deaths have been reported with human swine flu. Also
know that just like seasonal flu, swine flu can cause a worsening of
underlying chronic health conditions.

Prevention
While there is no vaccine available to protect against swine flu, there
are everyday precautions you can take to help prevent the spread of
germs that cause respiratory illnesses like influenza. Following are
some steps recommended by the CDC to protect your health, as well
as that of your family and other people with whom you come into
contact:

1. Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or
sneeze.Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it.

2. Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you
cough or sneeze. Alcohol-based hand cleaners are also effective.

3. Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread this way.

4. Try to avoid close contact with sick people.

5. If you get sick with influenza, stay home from work or school
and limit contact with others to keep from infecting them.

Susan Boyle Living her dream

Scot Susan Boyle wiped the initial grimaces off the faces of the Britain's Got Talent judges, and probably the rest of those millions who watched the TV show on Saturday, and achieved her dream.
She showed that a down-to-earth woman from a little-known village whose only companion is her cat, and who does not wear fancy clothes or make-up, could wow the world with her hidden talent – of being able to sing like a lark.

An Irish lilting melody: The Barack Obama Irish song.

Say What???

The Barack Obama Irish song.

Moneygall is a small village in County Offaly, Ireland. It has a population of approximately 300 people, has a Roman Catholic church, five shops, a post office, a national school, a police station and two pubs.

President-elect of the United States Barack Obama's great-great-great grandfather, Falmouth Kearney, emigrated from Moneygall to New York City at the age of 19 in 1850 and eventually resettled in Tipton County, Indiana. Site Flipping - Why It's a Great Idea!

There are 2 roads you'll be able to take when setting out . You could either purchase an established site that has existing hits and is already bringing in money, or you purchase a fresh new site that is nothing more than a fancy template and cool domain name.

It all depends on your starting budget and skills. If you have got a couple of hundred dollars, you could buy a site that has content and some hits coming in already, then anticipate make improvements to the site to step-up the hits and the gross revenue, thus enhancing the site's total value for resale.

As an alternative, if you're strapped for hard cash, you can just purchase a site that is lower than $100 for instance, then use your own acquisitions and knowledge to boost the site's performance, thereby increasing its' resale value.

Purchasers will be searching for two things:

Does the site get targeted hits?
Does the site make any profit?

There are other facets which a buyer will be concerned about too, but these two are the important aspects they'll want responds to.

Essentially, if you can increase either the hits or the gross revenue (or both) from a site you have purchased, you can then expect to be able to resell the site for more than you anted up for it.

The whole idea of site flipping is about figuring your costs and quick flip-flop. If you get too connected to your "baby", you'll find it hard to sell...which, if it's making income for you in any event, then it's still a win-win situation, unlike real estate where the money is only made after the sale.

It's like residing in a property you're refurbishing to sell , and getting paid to do decorate the walls...

If you're looking to get started in site flipping the right way, and you want a fool proof way to start bringing in quick incomes without the "restoration" aspects, then you may want to check out Site Rush

It's a comprehensive guide to site flipping that's designed on 3 different levels, hinging on your revenue and accomplishments...

Smoking And Its Harmful Effects

Newport's, Winston's, Salem's, Marlboro Lights
Don't matter what the kind is
Cause you got me smoking out on you
Got me puffin' 'bout a pack a night
And I know it ain't healthy
"Smoking Cigarettes" by Tweet

Like the phrase from the song "Smoking Cigarettes" by Tweet, smoking isn't good for one's body. Especially if you've been smoking a pack a day, and for a long period of time. But what is the full extent of the effects of smoking on your body?

The effects of smoking varies from person to person as it will depend on the person's vulnerability to the chemical in cigarette or tobacco smoke. It will also depend on the number of cigarette sticks a person smokes per day, the age when the person first started to smoke, and the number of years the person has been smoking.

According to recent studies, every year hundreds of thousands of people all over the world die from medical complications caused by smoking. Aside from the stench it leaves on one's clothes, breath, and hair, it also has other complications.

Here are some of the different effects of smoking:

* Immediate effects upon smoking a cigarette stick:

* Raises a person's blood pressure and heart rate.

* Decreases a person's blood flow to body extremities like the fingers and toes.

* The brain and the nervous system is stimulated for a short time and then reduced.

* Dizziness.

* Nausea.

* Watery eyes.

* Hyperacidity.

* Weakened sense of taste and smell.

* Loss of appetite

Other effects:

* Shortness of breath.

* Chronic coughing

* Reduced overall fitness.

* Yellowish stain on the smoker's fingers and teeth.

* Smokers experience more coughs and colds as compared to non-smokers.

* Difficulty recovering from minor illnesses.

* Impotence for men, infertility for women.

* Facial wrinkles appear at an early age, making them look older than non-smokers of the same age.

Because they experience these different side effects, they have a higher risk of developing diseases like:

* Respiratory tract infections (like pneumonia and chronic bronchitis)

* Emphysema (collapse of the small airways in the lungs)

* Heart attack and other coronary diseases

* Different kinds of cancers (lungs, throat, mouth, bladder, kidney, pancreas, cervix, and stomach)

* Stomach ulcers

* Peripheral vascular disease due to a decreased blood flow to the legs.

Once a person becomes addicted to cigarettes, they may find themselves experiencing different withdrawal symptoms when they decide to stop.

These withdrawal symptoms include:

* Increased nervousness and tension

* Agitation

* Loss of concentration

* Change in sleep patterns

* Headaches

* Coughs

* Strong cravings

For pregnant women, it is important to know that the growing child in their womb may suffer if they continue smoking. The effects of smoking to a growing fetus include: low birth weight, premature birth, or stillbirth. Even those who do not smoke are at risk of incurring diseases. Second hand smoke may cause lung cancer or heart problems to those who passively inhale smoke exhaled by smokers.

Smoking may make a person look cool or macho, but you should consider more than just how it would make you look. Keep in mind that smoking has harmful effects that can end up claiming your life. Before you light up your next cigarette, think of the various harmful effects of smoking and if you'd want that to happen to you.

IHOP is dishing out free pancakes for Mardi Gras

IHOP is dishing out free pancakes for Mardi Gras

When you were a kid and a trip to IHOP was a special day? Remember when you got older and a trip to IHOP was a special day?

Now, you need to remember that on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2009, aka Mardi Gras, aka Fat Tuesday, IHOP is serving free short stacks in exchange for a donation to the Children's Miracle Network. Actually, their site says one free short stack per customer and "All we ask is that you consider making a donation to support local children's hospitals through Children's Miracle Network, or other local charities."

From 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. - yes that's a 15 hours of pancake lovin'! - feast away on IHOP's delicious griddle delicacies. Now you can finally try every syrup option without the threat of ruining your meal. Hey, just order up another short stack and then really consider making a donation. We're of the belief that if you promise a donation, you'll get a second stack for "free."

(Hmmm, note to self: Call the accountant and see if this is a tax writeoff.)

Good stuff: Pancakes!

Do-gooder stuff: Since 2006, IHOP has raised almost $2 million for children’s charities. Last year, they threw 1.5 million free pancakes in front of donors. For those of you without a long-enough ruler, that's roughly a 12-mile short stack. Yeah, that's pretty much a half-marathon worth of pancakes.

Top Article Directories of 2009

If we want to decide what the top article directories of 2009 will be then we need to look at what makes a top article directory.

So the first question is:
What do you want from an article directory?

* One of the things you want is high-quality back links. There’s no point in having a back link from a low quality site, in fact according to Google it may even be possible to harm your site with a really bad back link. However, I don’t think we need to worry about that from many article directories. In addition if no-one visits the article directory then any article there is unlikely to get syndicated, so there will be no back links for reprinting.
* Another thing you want from an article directory is qualified traffic to your own website. To get that qualified traffic you need the article directory itself to rank well with Google. Which leads us quite nicely to my next question:

What will Google be looking for in 2009

The latest buzzword from Google is “user experience“. Google got to the top of the search engine pile by providing the best results. That’s also how they’re aiming to stay there. Whilst they won’t reveal the secrets behind their search engine rankings they do tell us a lot about the sort of things are looking for. Right now they’re looking for a good user experience.

There has been a lot written about the mechanics of the Google search engine. But unless you actually work for Google most of it is just speculation, so let’s take a commonsense approach.
What makes a good user experience

As far as I can tell there are two major parts to a good user experience.
What your page looks like

Whilst it is true that the Google search engine is basically a robot, which means it can’t actually look at a page in the same way human does, it still has humans programming it, clever humans! So whilst Google won’t decide that your colour scheme is bad or that it doesn’t like the look of your graphics, it will still be analysing the “look” of your page.

Google will have ideas about things like the amount of advertising on a page, the amount of graphics on a page, the amount of multimedia on a page, the amount of links on the page, and, of course, the amount of actual content on your page. They are going to have some way of measuring all of these things and deciding what balance gives a good user experience.
What the content of your page is like

This is where the quality content debate comes in. Whilst Google may not be able to tell if you actually know what you’re writing about, they will have other things that will tell them, or at least give them a good idea, if your content is any good. If people are only on your page for a couple of seconds Google will conclude that your article is rubbish. Google will also be able to look at things like spelling, and grammar.

There are also of whole host of minor considerations, such as where the links on your page lead to.

So now we have an idea of the sort of thing Google may be looking for let’s have a look at some article directories.

Arthritic Insomnia

If you are dealing with arthritis, one of the hardest things to deal with is the insomnia. The sleeping disorder is going to prevent you from getting the rest that you need to stay healthy and this will in return make your arthritis worse. It can be a terrible cycle that you are dealing with. There are many things that you can do to take on arthritis and it is important to consider all of the options so that you can get a better night’s rest every time you go to bed.

Having insomnia is figured out by a number of problems. You must first have difficulty falling asleep. Many people will experience this at some point in their life. However if you are frequently finding it hard to drift off to sleep, you may want to talk to your doctor about it. If you are waking up often through the night for no good reason, this is a symptom too. This will usually happen to everyone and more so to people if they are new parents. If you are finding that you are constantly tossing and turning more than once a week, you are probably dealing with insomnia. Some with insomnia will sleep throughout the night. Their problem may be that they wake up too early or they do not feel refreshed after many hours of sleep. It will depend on how frequently insomnia happens for you and if you can be diagnosed with short-term insomnia, intermittent insomnia or chronic insomnia.

Anyone that suffers from arthritis will also find that they have chronic insomnia or insomnia that does not go away and occurs for a long time period. There are many reasons that chronic insomnia is found in people that do have arthritis. The pain will keep some awake at night and will occur with illness but some of the patients find that their joints are painful and inflamed after they do activity. A second reason of insomnia due to arthritis is a high level of stress that most patients with arthritis have. Worrying about an appointment with a doctor can cause a person to stay awake all night long. There is no difference for any patient that is young and just recently diagnosed or older and has had the problem of arthritis for many years. Insomnia can be a side of effect of the medicine that is used to treat arthritis. These medicines may rid the pain but can make you stay up all night. Without taking the medication, you may also be awake all night with pain.

There are a number of ideas that a person can do for insomnia. You are not alone is the first step. You need to talk to your doctor about any medications that you are taking that keep you up all night. There are going to be side effects of drugs and they can be addicting as well. Taking the right steps to take the stress out of your life is going to help you sleep better at night too. You and your doctor are the only people that can take the right course of action to fix the insomnia in your life. Talk to them and get a good night’s sleep because it is essential for healthy living.

In blind taste tests, Eight O'Clock 100% Colombian is praised for its smooth, bold flavor. Tasters appreciate its toasty aroma and nuttiness. It's neither too dark nor too light, with good body, especially considering its… low price. Eight O'Clock uses 100% Arabica beans, which are considered more flavorful than cheaper Robusta beans used in most supermarket coffee. However, one review comments that the taste can vary from batch to batch.

Steelers Join Cardinals in Super Bowl 2009

The Pittsburgh Steelers joined the first-timer Arizona Cardinals in the 2009 Super Bowl, with a 23-14 victory over Baltimore.

For the Steelers, this is a chance to finally separate themselves from the San Francisco 49ers and Dallas Cowboys; all three teams have won five Super Bowls, and Pittsburgh can be the first to win six.

Additionally, if the Steelers win, their 36-year-old coach, Mike Tomlin, would be the youngest coach to win a Super Bowl.

On the other hand, the Cardinals will be an underdog, and one that might have a great deal of support among underdog lovers. Their QB, Kurt Warner, has much playoff experience, and previously won the Super Bowl MVP award when he led the St. Louis Cardinals to the Super Bowl. So an upset is not out of the question.

At the same time, there's bad blood between the Cardinals' coach and Pittsburgh. The Cardinals’ Ken Whisenhun was the offensive coordinator when the Steelers won the Super Bowl three seasons ago. He went to Arizona only after being passed over for Pittsburgh’s job.

But to do upset Pittsburgh, Arizona will have to protect Warner better than the Ravens did rookie Joey Flacco. Pressured, and perhaps feeling the stress of being a rookie in an NFC title game, Flacco was rushed and flustered and finished 13-for-30 for 141 yards with three costly interceptions.

However, Kurt Warner has a ton of experience, and if the Cardinals can give him time, despite his age, can still be dangerous. Can he return to the Super Bowl after all these years and win again? We'll know, in 2 weeks, in Tampa.
